Responsibilities:Assessment of estate operations, including planting, harvesting, maintenance activities like manuring, weeding, P&D and processing to ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices.
Evaluation of the utility, services and maintenance of machinery, vehicles and equipment used in the estate.
Review of inventory management for raw materials, fertilizers, pesticides and other supplies, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal wastage.
Verification of construction progress to ensure it is on schedule with an emphasis on the quality of materials and workmanship.
Other adhoc tasks required by the immediate superior and the Management.
Job Requirement:Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with software programs like Microsoft Office and LibreOffice, as well as data analysis using tools like Excel for creating charts, tables etc.
are required.
Skills and knowledge in palm oil estates, inventory management, vehicle & machinery and construction are required.
Preferably 1-2 years of experience related to internal audit, oil palm estates, inventory management and construction.
Must be able to travel to estates and palm oil mill, with overnight stays required if necessary.
