Internal Audit Executive/ Assistant (Kempas, Johor

To assist in the formulation of annual audit plans;- To assist in the planning and execution of internal audit engagements, including liaising with stakeholders and establishing audit programs to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.;- Identify key risk areas and gaps/weaknesses in internal control and make recommendations to the respective business units for improvements;- Prepare audit reports for Management/Board of Directors and perform follow-up procedures to monitor the completion of management action plans;- To assist the company to review and enhance the audit process, procedures and systems;- Actively promote the establishment of sound policies and guidelines on internal controls, risk management and corporate governance;- Provide support in ad-hoc tasks, investigations, and IA department improvement initiatives.**Requirements**:- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy / Finance / Business or equivalent professional qualifications;- Minimum 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in audit and risk management;- High level of integrity and takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork;- Strong auditing, analytical and problem-solving skills;- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills;- May be required to travel occasionally (domestically and/or internationally);- Good communication skills, both spoken and written English;- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 06/01/2024
