Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audit assignments as stipulated in the audit plan.
Perform store operation audits such as transaction audits, stock take/inventory audits, and system audits by visiting outlets to assess risk control and compliance with the Group's policies, procedures, and governing laws and regulations.
Conduct investigation checks on any fraud-related matters and strengthen the overall control of the outlets.
Prepare audit reports for visited outlets and provide value-added recommendations.
Train and educate outlet staff on risk awareness and compliance requirements.
Complete any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the retail industry.
Experience in audit roles from other industries is also invited to apply.
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and statistical skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, enthusiastic personality, and good organizational skills.
A good team player with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
Willingness to travel across outlets.
Basic knowledge of anti-money laundering laws is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills in trilingual.
