Job Description: Routine Audit • Draft audit program
• Obtain understanding on processes, policies and procedures for specific activities or work processes through, audit
queries, etc.
• Identify existing controls for audit testing.
• Design sampling and test and controls (TOC) methodology and procedures.
• Perform audit test of controls (TOC) procedure for specific activities/processes.
• Complete test of controls (TOC) Documentation Forms and other relevant working papers for Team Lead/HOD to
review.
• Lead audit team in the absence of more senior team members.
Special Audit/Review/Investigation • Obtain understanding of the nature, scope and objective of special audit.
• Plan audit/investigation procedures in specific areas as determined by direct or indirect reports.
• Conduct investigation procedures in specific areas as determined by direct or indirect reports.
• Conduct investigation through auditee interviews, inspection of documents, data analysis, walkthrough of timeline
or work processes, and other appropriate audit techniques relevant to the scope and objective of the special audit.
• Complete special audit working papers for Team Lead/HOD to review.
Risk Management • Guide and advise managers/head of business units/HODs/others or PICs on the maintenance of risk registers
covering risk identification, assessment and analysis, mitigation, reporting and monitoring, and governance.
• Ensure risk registers are periodically updated as specified in annual department plan.
