Internal Audit Executive

Job Descriptions:
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure all procedures are in accordance with the up-to-date regulations.
Examine documentation, including reports, statements, records, and memos to gather information.
Prepare reports with audit results and preserve documentation pertaining to audits for internal record.
Organize and maintain all audit correspondence appropriately.
Perform audit work through understanding of business & risks, proper identification of system/process issues with proper recommendations.
Prepare audit report for key management with effective recommendations and solutions.
Continuous improvement on internal control deficiencies and opportunities to improve business effectiveness & efficiency.
Review & analyze data/reports to identify areas of improvement for all functions.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or other business-related fields or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates will be considered for entry-level positions.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Proactive team player who can work independently.
