International Hotel Revenue Manager

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:Manage and optimize rates and inventory across all OTAs, ensuring alignment with overall revenue goals (Booking.com, Expedia.com, Trip.com, AirBnB.com, etc).
Includes adjusting rates based on supply and demand.Create, oversee and report on all promotions through all channels.
This can include long-term stay offers, couple offers, local offers, last-minute offers, etc.- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to inform pricing adjustments.Collaborate with hotel operations and sales teams to establish pricing policies and promotional strategies, and ensure the reservations teams are congruent in their communication with leads enquiring about special offers- Manage all OTA / Wholesaler / Travel Agency relationships, keep contracts updated every year, renegotiate contracts, follow up regularly with each to ensure maximum bookings for the respective hotels.Conduct regular performance analysis to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, occupancy rates, and pricing strategies for hotel directors.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in revenue management.Provide training and support to hotel staff on revenue management practices and tools.Key Requirements: A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredMinimum of 10 years of revenue management experience in the hotel industry.Proven track record of successfully managing OTAs and optimizing revenue for different hotels, ideally in multiple countries.Must have direct experience in and be technically proficient at using hotel PMS, Booking Engine, Channel Distribution softwares.
This includes modifying rate plans, setting up new room categories, mapping channels, etc.Experience in creating new partnerships with Wholesalers / Travel Agencies and managing those partnerships.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hotel teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in revenue management systems and analytics tools.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently.
