Reporting To:International Payments Team LeadDescriptionAs we continue to see exceptional growth at activpayroll, our International Payments operation in Kuala Lumpur is continuing to build, and to support our ongoing growth we are looking for an International Payments Coordinator to join us to work as part of a global team to create and manage customer payment accounts.Reporting to the International Payments Team Lead and working with the team in KL and the UK, you will be responsible managing your customer accounts and owning all stages of the payment's transactions.On a typical day, you'll be…Inputting payments to activpayroll client bank accounts
Gathering of backup for payments
Investigating unexpected or unfamiliar transactions
Handling bank reconciliations and proof of payment to satisfy customers requirements
Reporting balance and turnover on accounts at month end
Supporting with the daily upload of client banking transactions into the finance system and allocation to respective creditor accountsTo be truly effective you will…Have experience in financial systems, including corporate online banking
