About The Role As an International Recruiter in our brand new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role in recruiting, screening, assessing, attracting, sourcing passive/active candidates for positions in the assigned area of responsibility. The Technical Recruiter acts as a partner for local hiring managers to recruit employees with the right operational and/or technical skills while being the right fit for Hyva.
We are looking for an individual with a strong personal drive who will contribute to our overall Hyva growth plan across the globe.
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Partner with hiring managers to support and advise them throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment on expectations and requirements Assists hiring managers with delivery of a job description and renumeration package Once approved, posts vacancies on external boards, involves recruiting agencies where appropriate, uses various recruitment tools to identify the best candidates Sources candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Manage the full-cycle recruitment process at our ATS system, starting from gathering hiring requirements, through actively sourcing candidates, to successfully hiring for the roles Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone, teams/zoom or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for position openings for their assigned vacancies Be the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates through the end-to-end recruitment cycle Collaborate closely with other members of the Global Recruitment team to share best practices and market insights Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related events, ensuring a smooth candidate experience Conduct recruitment activities in a global setting tailoring strategies to fit the specific characteristics of each geographical area Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g. benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements) Coordinates internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc Assists in the development of advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates Uses traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc, to identify and attract quality candidates Participates in Employer Branding activities and projects related to recruitment Adjusts content of Hyva Career website with Marketing support Actively uses social media, LinkedIn and other social media platforms with Marketing support Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal customers to identify how to meet their staffing needs and goals Collaborates and Instructs external agencies In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our Global functions teams in Netherlands & other parts of the world.
Our Regional Hub supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
You will be joining a newly formed Shared Services Centre team, with opportunities to grow, within Global Recruitment or wider HR functions.
About You To be successful in this role you will have: 4 – 6 years of work experience within a multinational business environment, experience with technology companies and track record of work with a global impact Deep functional experience involving multiple functions and multiple countries People management experience in combination with cultural agility Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) A strategic mindset as well as hands on decisive handling, capability to switch quickly and knowledge of how to build common ground Track record of being amongst senior stakeholders Strong sense of ownership and excellent prioritization skills Nice To Have Experience with Workday is an asset MBA or other additional professional credential would be a plus Language Good written and spoken English is essential A proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean and/or Thai as well as other Asian languages will be an added advantage, however not mandatory Qualification / Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other disciplines What We Offer We care about ecology and are truly sustainable.
