Overview: As the International Sales Manager for Southeast Asia , your main responsibilities will include driving business growth, expanding market share in factory and logistics automation, and managing sales operations across the SEA region.
You will be expected to implement regional sales strategies to increase revenue, build strong relationships with key customers, and collaborate closely with distributors and partners to achieve business targets.
This role will involve leading sales efforts in a dynamic, multicultural environment, requiring a deep understanding of regional markets and strong sales management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Direct management of the Southeast Asia sales team (SEA) Successful implementation and pursuit of the sales strategy for the industrial automation market in Southeast Asia Identification of new market potentials, distributor partnerships, customers, and key accounts in factory and logistics automation Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
Carrying out regular market, competition, and customer analyses including the derivation of measures Independent monitoring of target achievement, deviation analysis, and development of measures Work closely with product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility for budget planning and monitoring; ensuring the profitability of the SEA sales region Coordination of cooperation with sales teams, product management, customers, and the head office Qualifications: Education : Degree in engineering (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering etc.)
Experience : Several years of sales management experience, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, or other products requiring explanation in B2B business Regional sales experience is an added advantage.
Experience and has strong network in factory, industrial and logistics automation.
Proven track record of achieving ambitious growth targets Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven decision-making.

Strong intercultural communication skills and an ability to work in diverse teams.
