About the roleWe are seeking an experienced International Trade Salesperson to join our team at Heng Yuen Minerals (M) Sdn Bhd in Gopeng, Perak.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our international customer base.
Your strategic expertise will be crucial in helping us achieve our ambitious business goals.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new international sales opportunities
Manage and develop relationships with existing international clients
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the broader team
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless order fulfilment and excellent customer service
What we're looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) in international sales, preferably within the minerals or commodities industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a client portfolio
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of global trade regulations and logistics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in one or more additional languages an advantage
