Internship - Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Provide administrative support to assigned departments.
Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Liaise with sales team and prepare all outgoing invoices.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
