Responsible back up general administration and office operational works. Assisting the staff with general office duties, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and general coordination.- Compiles and maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.- Answer and redirect telephone calls.- Responsible for other clerical duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports and data entry via computer.- Sort and deliver incoming mails, arrange for mails to be send out.- Assist Admin Personnel in administrative works related to company business development.- Assist in managing the flow of paperwork and office supplies requests.- Responsible in handle Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order.- Calling for quotations.- Inventory upkeep. Example, pantry inventories, stationaries stocks, photocopier cartridges, praying flowers, contract renewal documentations.- Follow up payments with accounts.- Store room upkeep.- Provide beneficial administrative support to the immediate superior with any general tasks as required.Requirement:- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree student in Business Administration or equivalent.- Required skill(s): Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.- Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia- Attention to details.- Communication abilities and able to follow instructions.- Able to meet dateline.- To operate basic computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and PDF.- Involve in HR related matters**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Student job**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Malacca City (required)Ability to Relocate:- Malacca City: Relocate before starting work (required)
