-Act as the point of contact between manager and internal/external clients
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will be working with managers and heads of business units on a variety of tasks, from general communications to overseeing special projects. If you are a student looking to work in the secretarial or administrative sector after Uni or loves the opportunity to learn one-on-one from corporate leaders, this role is for you! 


-Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence


-Handle requests and queries appropriately


-Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments


-Make travel arrangements


-Coordinate meetings and discussions


-Take dictation and minutes


-Plan and execute key projects


-Assess and monitor project performance and effectiveness


-Produce reports, presentations and briefs


-Devise and maintain office filing systems


-Assist in ad hoc tasks as required by manager
