Responsibilities:
Assist in daily office operations, including filing, organizing documents, and handling data entry tasks.
Provide support to team members on project tracking, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring appropriate and timely responses.
Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Adaptability to change and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
