Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assist in the processing of card applications, including data entry and verification.
Support card activation, maintenance, and closure processes.
Help resolve customer inquiries and issues related to card transactions in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in the monitoring and reconciliation of card-related transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to improve card product features and enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to card operations and performance metrics.
Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard card processing software and tools.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Card Center Manager or other senior staff.
What We Are Looking For
Students who can start their internship in Jan 2025 for a duration of more than 4 months.
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Preferably final year & final semester student.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
