Job Description
As a CI Intern, you will collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Department to support key initiatives and projects.
This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, creative communication, and process improvement, enabling you to contribute to real-world organizational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data for CI initiatives, including savings calculations.
Develop and manage Power BI dashboards for tracking CI performance metrics.
Creative Design and Communication
Design bulletins, posters, and infographics to enhance employee engagement in CI initiatives.
Create and edit promotional videos highlighting CI projects and success stories.
Assist in internal communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Presentation and Documentation
Prepare visually appealing and impactful presentation slides for CI meetings and events.
Document CI processes, meeting minutes, project updates, and action items.
Streamline reporting processes (e.g., managing the Idea Bank, Tollgate arrangements, and follow-ups).
Interactive Learning Development
Develop interactive learning tools, such as e-learning modules or basic games, to support CI training and engagement.
Event and Campaign Support
Assist in the execution of CI campaigns and events, including CI Conferences (e.g., preparing presentations, organizing prizing, and coordinating communications).
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia Design, Administrative Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Excel is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
