Create new loan accounts in the system and ensure all relevant details are promptly and accurately recorded to facilitate direct debit payments.
Verify sales-related payments and generate official receipts for any installment payments manually made by customers through online banking and customer portal.
Update and maintain customer's latest payment information such as changes to payment cards or payment methods.
Review and verify direct debit data before submission to the bank for monthly recurring payments.
Prepare memos for higher authority approval and post transactions in the system based on customer requests, including refunds, loan restructures, reinstatements of sales, and terminations, while ensuring timely follow-up and action.
Follow up closely with customers in cases of bounced cheques or expired payment cards.
Issue default notices via mail and SMS or contacting through phone to inform customers of their default status and declined direct debit payments.
Manage incoming customer calls regarding declined direct debit payments or other payment-related inquiries, offering assistance and resolving issues as necessary.
Perform various administrative duties within the department to ensure smooth operations, including scanning, filing, meeting minutes taking, coordinating meetings, and documentation management.
Assist in any other special/ad-hoc assignment or task assigned by superior from time to time and ensure the ability to meet predetermined deadlines.
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate and write in English and Mandarin.
Computer literate with good interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
