Internship - Customer Service

Responsibilities:Manage incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers to confirm details, provide project updates, and resolve any issues or requests.
Manage project processes, including document collection, verification, and processing.
Manage customer orders, process applications, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Provide efficient customer service throughout the project lifecycle, from initial contact to post-sales support.
Assist with daily administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and undertake additional tasks when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must study in related field of Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Level in Marketing/Business Administration/Mass Communication or equivalent.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interacting with clients who speak these languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
