Internship (Customer Service)

Job description :To assist Customer Service on order processing and prepare shipping documents (access to SAP and OTM platform) ensuring timely deliveriesTo handle, co-ordinate, supervise all procedures and documentation pertaining to shipments, including liaising with production, warehouse, freight forwarders and shipping linersTo liaise with Importer, Exporter, Forwarders, Transporters, Custom Department and other government agencies related to shipping and other logistic requirementsTo prepare invoice, packing list, analysis report when a shipment is confirmed and to be deliveredTo provide after sales service such as communication with customersTo provide the back-up support for others customer service in terms of documentation, and etcTo fulfill any other tasks as and when assigned by superiorJob qualifications :Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalentOpen for an internship position for a duration of 4 - 6 monthsGood command in EnglishHigh level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possibleRequired skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Applicants must be willing to work at Centro Mall, Klang
