-Provide support in customer service


-Conduct research and gather data as needed


-Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas


-Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies alongside events


-Assist with admin tasks as assigned by supervisor


-Other duties as assigned

; Requirements:-


-Currently in the final year of diploma/degree program or a recent graduate of Business, E-commerce or related field.


-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 


-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


-Detail-oriented, proactive and able to multitask


-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
