What you will do Assist in day-to-day accounting operational related taskAssist in performing the month end closing activities such as posting journal entries into the ERP systemPerform accounting data entry AP, AR, GL, Treasury and related worksAssist in issuing sales invoices/debit notes/credit notes from the billing requestsAssist in receiving and processing vendor invoices and payment processingAssist in performing reconciliation and accounting schedulesAssist with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial recordsWork closely with the Finance team to compile and analyze data and track informationAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned when required What you will need Possess or is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and/or any other relevant fieldGood understanding of Accounting/Finance/TaxStrong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skillsHighly proficient in both spoken and written EnglishMotivated, organized and possess good communication skillsGood personality and good attitude
