Internship For Business Student - Sales Support (Mandarin Speaking)

- Compiling and update sales tracking and report daily.-Provide certain training and guides to help the sales team.-Provide assistance sales team on customer inquiries, daily product update and following up the submission status.-Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.-Monitor and evaluate the sales call, coaching the agents on the error or wrong information provided to customer.
