You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Service and Operation Team.In This Role You Will Be Responsible ForAssist to pickup inbound calls.
Assist to handle complaint calls.
Perform appointment calls to confirm service appointments.
Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc.
Docket compilation, prepare service schedule.
Duration: Depending on your university's requirement.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess:
Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course).
Has own transport to travel to work on a daily basis.
