INTERNSHIP for BUSINESS STUDIES/ADMINISTRATION STUDIESDuring the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, transferring calls and taking accurate messages
Attending to visitors and refreshments
Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving
May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organising and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages
Handling office stationeries, equipment and facilities, ensuring continuity of supply and in order, and arranging for servicing and repair when necessary
Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the office and pantry areas
Assist and support immediate superior for daily operations
On the job training will be provided
Requirements:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA.
