Internship For Corporate Sales

-Manage and process new sales orders efficiently.


-Coordinate stock transfers from the warehouse to outlets, including 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) arrangements.


-Monitor stock levels (SOH) and collaborate with purchasing, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.


-Ensure all BP (Bulk Purchase) stock labels are properly assigned to the warehouse.


-Provide customer service support, handling inquiries and resolving issues.


-Engage with new and existing customers through daily calls and WhatsApp communications.


-Handle email requests for refunds and facilitate internal outlet transactions.


-Follow up on outlet stock delivery status to ensure timely fulfilment.


-Provide customers with receipts and update them on delivery statuses.


-Generate and update bulk sales analysis reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.


-Identify and secure new customer leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
