-To assist the departmental managers in their daily operational task.


-Prepares Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Quotation and etc.


-Ability to quickly learn and process information.


-Organization and time management skills.


-Monitoring and managing the company's social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.


-Monitoring deadlines and follow ups with respective teams from times to times.


-To perform any ad hoc duties as and when required.


-Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports.


-Analyze competitor activities and customer preferences to provide actionable for voucher and campaigns.


-Prepare regular reports every week on digital marketing performance.


-Participate in team maeetings and contribute ideas for enhancing overall digital strategy.

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.


-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


-Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends.


-Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.


-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.


-No working experience required.
