Internship for ePension Operations StudentsSupport in transforming Hong Kong Pension market to e-channel processes.
Engagement in daily BAU processing specifications, documentation, and project deliverable.
Assist in managing and maintaining an up-to-date case list, ensuring accurate status tracking and timely follow-ups.
Responsible for arranging and sending acknowledgment emails for incoming cases and preparing interim or follow-up responses as required.
Assist in investigating and verifying data related to assigned tasks.
This may include reviewing documents, conducting research, and ensuring data accuracy.
Analyze and study individual cases, helping to categorize them according to predefined criteria to ensure effective management and resolution.
Assist in the preparation of case reports, summarizing key findings, status updates, and any other relevant information as requested.
Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of cases.
Provide general administrative support as needed, including maintaining electronic records.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess or is currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work on Malaysia Public Holidays.
