Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any Human Resources discipline, Public Administration, Corporate Administration, Business Studies, Administrative Science, and Corporate Communication.
No work experience is required.
Training will be provided.
Required Skill(s): MS Office.
Duration of Internship: 4 - 6 Months.
Responsibilities:
To develop inventory records, maintain minimum stock, and monitor and replenish departmental-related items.
To assist and organize company events or programs.
To participate in departmental purchases - quotation requests, follow-up delivery, and cost savings activities.
To maintain records, monitor, follow-up, and track the company's licenses/ permits renewal.
To raise requests and follow up on tasks that require support from other departments.
To work closely with the EHS team to improve plant safety, emergency and escalation procedures, awareness activities, etc.
To coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interviews arrangement.
To arrange onboarding-related activities and provide new employees orientation.
To coordinate, source, arrange and monitor training programs for employees as planned.
To maintain records and compile reports such as hires, transfers, medical checks, training, employees' attendance, insurance update, invoices from vendors, etc.
On-time update and maintain employees' database in HR systems or any other format given.
To coordinate HR-related employee briefings and meetings, take minutes, follow up, and maintain records.
