Internship For Information Technology

-Assist employees who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services.


-Assist and support in manage, maintain, and repair IT systems include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software. 


-Oversee and manage IT related asset.


-Assist and supporting processes for incidents, service requests, change requests and access requests.


-Perform other duties as assigned.

-Possess Diploma/Degree in computer science or a related field.


-Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.


-High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.


-Good analytical skills, able to troubleshoot or carry out system error investigation independently.


-Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya.
