As an Intern, you are in charge of supporting all client inquiries referring to HRMS payroll software-related matters. You must have excellent analytical skills and be accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support the company's production progress, which will include the following:
-Contact a list of clients to inform them about the Info Tech Year End Workshop (YEW) and encourage their attendance.
-Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling support requests and system-related questions over the phone by email.
-Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personal communication.
-Promote the benefits of attending the Year End Workshop (YEW) and HRD Corp related.
-Answering any client queries regarding the workshop.
-Maintain accurate client records pertaining to interactions, responses, and attendance confirmations.
-Assist the support, accounting, sales and marketing team with additional tasks related to the Year End Workshop (YEW) as needed.
-Ad hoc task based on the capabilities and the minor subject taken in current education

; Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, an advanced/higher/graduate diploma, and a bachelor's degree in any field.
-Strong interest in Human Resource Payroll System or Customer Support.
-Strong in communication skills, including English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an added advantage.
-Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, is self-directed and motivated.

-Applicants must be available to work for a minimum of four (4) months during their internship and have the flexibility to extend based on project needs.
