Internship For It

The Position:
We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Internship which in charge to support all client enquiries referring to HR Payroll Software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company's production progress.
Main Responsibilities



- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling support requests and system-related questions over the phone by email.


- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personal communication.


- Cross selling the products being offered to Info-Tech 


- Performs data entry and filing tasks for business application and confidential employee or departmental files


- Ad hoc task based on the capabilities and the minor subject taken in current education

Main Requirements :



-Candidate must possess at least a diploma, an advanced/higher/graduate diploma, and a bachelor's degree in any field. 


-Strong interest in Human Resource Payroll System or Customer Support.


-Strong in communication skills, including English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an added advantage.


-Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, is self-directed and motivated.


-Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
