Qualifications & experience Hands-on experience in web application and backend development.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders.Focus primarily on enabling innovation through digital channels and digital deliverables Application works planning and load testing.Support technical leads to ensure best practices are followed and technical debt is controlled.Align/collaborate with enterprise architecture, operations and security.Create proof of concepts/ business requirements, process flow, user guidelines and application related documentation.Demonstrate a strong willingness to continuously learn new concepts and technologies, and proactively share acquired knowledge with team members.Tasks & responsibilities Collaborate with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications.Ensure seamless user experiences by implementing cross-browser compatible and responsive designs in web applications.Build and enhance web applications with comprehensive functionalities.Transform business requirements into application designs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Work closely with the team lead to determine software requirements and assess potential system impacts.
