Work with approximately 400 white-collared, business executive/managerial employees in our PEN branch, from departments such as :



-Human Resource


-Billing (Airfreight/ Ocean Freight/ Domestic/ ITR)


-Product Capacity Management (Track and Trace/ Planner)


-Customer Services (Airfreight/ Ocean Freight)


-Operation (Transport / Airfreight/ Ocean Freight - Export/ Import)


-Sales Support


-Business Improvement and Processes (BPO)


-Risk Management (RIM)


To perform various activities such as liaising and working alongside different departments.
Planning and establish business needs that support the functioning of your department.
Assist on administrative tasks, reports, and data entry.

; Requirements:- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent academic background.
It will be added advantage for those speak and writes fluent English as the position require to communicate with external parties. Preferable Individual to be proactive, learning enthusiasm, and independent.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Preferred skill(s): Good communication, interpersonal skills, endless drive to learn.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Able to commit 3 to 6 months Internship and to be based at Penang, Bayan Lepas.
