Job Description
Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and company website).
Support the team in the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance, including tracking sales, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
Assist with inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
Help optimize the customer experience on various e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team on social media and digital marketing strategies.
Contribute to the overall strategy for improving product visibility and sales on online platforms.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce or related course.
Last semester student with at least 3 months internship experience.
Passionate about e-commerce, digital sales, and the online retail industry.
Detail-oriented and structured in work approach.
Eager to learn, proactive, and self-driven in completing tasks.
Confident in communicating and collaborating within a team.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or similar) is a plus.
Basic understanding of online marketing and sales strategies.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
