Job Title: Internship for Marketing, Business & Design Studies Location: Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur (direct link with MRT station) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: (RM 1,500 - RM 9,500) - Basic Salary: RM 1,200 - 1,500  - Allowance: RM 300 - RM 500  - Commission: RM 1,000 - RM 8,000 Languages: English, Malay, Mandarin (Optional) Working Hours: (5 & Half Day) Monday to Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMFriday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PMResponsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clientsHandle incoming requests and queries appropriatelyManage the CEO's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide remindersBook and manage complex travel arrangementsDevelop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing systemProduce reports, presentations, and briefs as neededContact customers via phone to schedule appointments for showroom viewings.Manage and respond to customer inquiries via calling & WhatsApp.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address and resolve customer queries.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in handling phone calls and messaging platforms.High level of professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required as full training will be provided.Benefits: Comprehensive training and professional development.Work from home/site on Saturdays.Opportunities for career advancement within the company.How to Apply:
