Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at IO Esports as a Motion Graphics Intern, where you'll have the opportunity to bring creative ideas to life and make a real impact in the esports industry. This role involves producing captivating video ads, animations, and visual assets that will be showcased across various platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing and production teams to brainstorm and create engaging content, refine video projects with integrated sound effects, captions, and visual elements, and ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare for projects by gathering necessary information and materials.
-Plan and conceptualize video content by studying provided information and materials.
-Create, edit, and animate video ads, including stingers and promotional content.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce creative video content.
-Refine and finalize video projects by seamlessly integrating captions, sound effects, and other visual elements.
-Design visual assets for a variety of brands and projects as needed.
-Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy, determining arrangement, size, and style.
-Submit rough layouts for approval and make adjustments as required.
-Work alongside the creative designer and participate in multiple projects with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely and efficient task completion.

; Requirements:-
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
-Ability to follow and maintain brand guidelines with discipline and attention to detail.
-Knowledge and passion for the esports industry (a plus).
-Strong conceptual skills and creativity with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
-Good organizational and time-management skills to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
-Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
