Internship For Puchasing/ Store/ Shipping

**Skill & experience requirement**:- Basic knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.- No experience requires.**Job responsibilities**:- Responsible to handle goods delivered from Vendors.- To daily update receiving into ERP system and submit documents to Finance team.- To ensure keep track incoming/ outgoing of loan, repair, modify and reject parts.- To monitor stock movement and keep record of stock items.- To conduct physical inventory check of store.- To support Purchaser in daily operation to perform data entry and update the delivery status for supplier POs.- Source & purchase on Direct & Indirect Materials.- Price negotiation & cost down.- PO release per MRP report on daily basis.- Responsible for material analysis, buying, expediting and inventory control.- Ensure the suppliers delivery the parts based on the required date & delivery schedule.- Work with internal departments to review materials requirement and delivery lead time to meet customers' need.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 6 monthsPay: RM1,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Gym membershipSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
