Job Description
• Understand business requirements and source vendors for products and services.
• Participate in cross-functional processes and training.
• Assist in documentation arrangement, create and maintain system data.
• Render support to daily purchasing assignments.
• Gain centralized procurement knowledge, training, coaching, and assignments relating to real-world situations.
• Ability to work in a diverse work environment and support multiple purchasing initiatives.
• Work in a real-life environment that creates system data, places orders to suppliers, and follows up on shipments, GR, and supplier payments.
• Prepare basic reporting as required by buyers and managers.Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
• No work experience required.
