Details of the opening:
Report to Reservation Manager.5 Day work week and will be required to work shiftDeal effectively with all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.Identify guest reservation needs and handle guest complaints.Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status.Ensure all work meets company standards; all function paperwork must be accurate and complete, including catering requirements, guest preferences, booking supplements and payment details.Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our customers.In charge of being the front face of the company dealing with guestsMust be comfortable dealing with issues arising from guest bookingsMust have strong organizational skills, able to coordinate and plan manpower to solve issuesLocation: High Park Suites, Kelana Jaya
