Scope of Internship:
Recruitment:Assist with job postings and resume screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.Onboarding:Prepare onboarding materials.
Help with new hire orientations.HR Administration:Maintain employee records.
Support HR document preparation.Employee Relations:Assist in organizing employee events.
Help manage employee inquiries.Requirements:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent.
Preferred skill(s): Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Desktop Applications.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Fast Learner, Good adaptability and willingness to learn.
Good team player with a positive attitude.
Working Location: Section 13, Petaling Jaya.
