The HR Transformation Intern will support the HR Transformation team in various projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and systems.
The role requires strong analytical skills, particularly in statistics and calculations, to contribute to data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
ResponsibilitiesData Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis.
Process Improvement:
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within HR functions.
• Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Project Support:
• Provide support for HR Transformation projects, including research, documentation, and coordination.
Statistical Analysis:
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in HR data.
