Internship (Human Resource / Customer Service) - Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:
Support in recruitment activities, such as hiring process, interview arrangement, referral program, and branding activities.
Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
Attend company functions and networking events such as Career Fair.
Customer Service Internship Responsibilities:
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other issues related to the company's products.
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
Coordinating day-to-day workflow activities of team members together with respective team lead.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English & Malay (written and spoken) and computer literacy are mandatory.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Possess a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
Internship period between 4-6 months.
Perform any ad-hoc duties required by supervisor.
