Internship- Human Resource

-Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.-Assist in the preparation and organization of HR documents, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.-Update and maintain employee information in HR databases.-Help with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling as needed.-Assist in the coordination of new hire orientations (onboarding) and exit procedures (offboarding).-Help organize employee engagement activities, meetings, and team events.-Assist with employee benefits administration. -Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workplace (Google Docs, Drive, Sheet).-Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.-Language Proficiency– English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu.
