Key Responsibilities:
Support the initiation and promotion of employee benefits programs, helping employees navigate and understand available offerings.
Maintain and update employee master data in the HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness, while supporting the full employee lifecycle process from onboarding to offboarding to ensure smooth transitions and up-to-date records.
Support the HR team in managing the e-Pfile project, assisting in the digitization of employee hardcopy files and maintaining organized electronic records.
Monitor vendor performance, track service quality, and help drive improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Provide support in organizing and executing HR department employee engagement activities, events, and team-building exercises.
Job RequirementsDegree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or any other similar qualification.
Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to commit for 3 months.
Strong attention to detail in managing employee records and compliance documentation.
Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills.
High work capacity, self-driven, and a team player.
Proactive, action-oriented, persistent, and resilient.
Passion for the beer industry.
