Internship In Administration

**Responsibilities**:- Perform administrative and office support for supervisors- Answering telephone calls- Receiving, directing and entertain customers and visitors- Ordering office supplies- Maintaining the office facilities running smoothly- Ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly**Desired Characteristics**1. Able to work in teams and demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiatives2. Fluent speaking in Bahasa Melayu and English3. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision4. Energetic, attention to detail and commitment to meeting deliverables5. Have own transport**Location**Sunsuria Forum, Seksyen U13, Shah Alam**Working Hours**:- Tuesday until Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)- Saturday (8.30am - 5.30pm)**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship**Salary**: RM300.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
