- Providing general administrative support and perform duties assigned by management from time to time.


- Knowing our products inside out so that you can give good support as a sales coordinator .


- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.


- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


- Engage with clients online/ offline providing service support/ sales support


- Products and various soft skills learning through training provided


- Create digital marketing content and materials, and monitor company social media platform



- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards colleagues and customers at all times.


- Communicating and coordinating with management and colleagues when necessary.

- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ "O" Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U. Diploma/ Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent


- Required language(s): Both English and Mandarin


- Good oral and written communication skills


- Good attitude, eager to learn and accountability


- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced learning environment

- Able to team work
