Internship In Human Resource (Economics/Statistics)

Job Description Tasks :  Support in social media branding initiatives, promoting Bosch as an employer Development of social media content and impactful presentation in line with Bosch corporate design schemes Coordination of events for employer engagement and branding Assist in survey preparation & data analysis by using Statistical techniques for C/HRR project.
Support HR Generalist topic and General Department Administrative Task  Projects :  Support C/HRR on overall Country HR topics including but not limited to establishment of people acquisition campus at Bosch Vetting of job advertisement content to improve quality and company image Support in HR communications platform improvement initiatives Assist with HR Department process improvement projects Policy and process improvement  Qualifications   Candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resource discipline, economics, or a related fields.
At least 6 months of internship attachment with Bosch Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate to advance analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Digital literacy and creative media (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) knowledge are an added advantage.
