Internship In Human Resources (Employer Branding And Marketing)

Job Description Tasks : Supporting employer branding, marketing initiatives, social media branding to promote Bosch as a preferred employer Developing social media content and impactful presentations Coordinating events for employer engagement and branding Vetting job advertisement content to improve quality and company image Supporting overall country HR topics, including but not limited to Learning and Development and Talent Resourcing Projects : Supporting in People Acquisition Campus establishment projects Supporting in HR communications platform improvement initiatives Qualifications Candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resource discipline, Marketing, or a related fields. At least 4 months of internship attachment with Bosch Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) Strong communication, branding and interpersonal skills Possess strong collaboration, organization and event management skills or exposure. Skills in PowerPoint presentation and knowledge in Creative media (Canva, Adobe illustrator, etc.) required. Digital Literacy and analytical skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI) are an added advantage. Able to Join by May / June 2024
