Internship - Information Security (It)

Job Description: Providing effective technical support in end user computing hardware and software issues including diagnosis and troubleshooting and service requests delivery.
Performing hardware repairs on customer equipment such as servers, desktops, notebooks, tablets, and printersGive accurate service to end usersPerform software upgrades and configuration enhancementsEnsure all requests from user are logged and right procedures are followedDocumented success in maintaining problem status and resolution information in ticketing databaseDesktop OS Security Patches, Antivirus Patches, and Support security finding and fixing.
Ensure Desktop OS patches and Antivirus data files being pushed and updated according to severity and set schedulesRemove desktop/laptop's administration right from users who are not requiredEnsure desktop and mobile devices security being reviewed and enforced accordinglyIT Asset Management.
Maintain and update IT hardware and software license inventoryPerform IT Assets housekeeping regularly, and maintain the hardware stock level for ongoing supportInitiate the IT asset procurement and disposal process Required Skills: Candidate must possess at least a basic diploma/degree from a recognized university in relevant/related course.Required skill(s): independent, good interpersonal skill, Good command in English and Bahasa, MS Office.Quick Learner and EfficientHigh sense of urgency
