This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to utilise your exceptional interior design skills to contribute to the strategic growth of our company.
What you'll be doing
Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements and needs
Develop and present tailored design proposals that showcase your creative flair and practical solutions
Negotiate contracts and secure sales in a professional and persuasive manner
Collaborate closely with the in-house design team to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to enhance our sales offerings
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a sales professional in the interior design industry, with a track record of successful client acquisition
Strong creative and technical skills in interior design, with the ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing and functional solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively
Proven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery
Proficient in using design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
A diploma/degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred
